Meet The Crew
DAVE
Owner | General Manager
Dave began his construction career in 2010 and quickly developed a passion for home remodeling. This led him to establish Top Tier Renovations in 2018. He excels in collaborating with homeowners to bring their dream homes to life, ensuring every detail aligns with their vision.
Outside of work, David enjoys elk hunting, fly fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter outdoors.
JOE
Owner | Site Supervisor
Joe has been in the construction industry since 2010. He is at the project sites daily leading and assisting the carpenter teams while also communicating with homeowners and office staff.​ He specializes in quality control and ensuring all final details are perfect for the home owner.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys hunting, going on walks with his wife and son, and he recently picked up Pickleball.

ADYLEE
Office Manager
Adylee holds a B.S. in Accounting and has been in the accounting industry for 11 years. She has a passion for numbers and home renovation. Adylee regularly communicates with homeowners and crews, and is often on job sites recording footage of project development.
Outside of work, Adylee enjoys spending time on her mini-farm and riding horses in the backcountry with her husband and friends.
COLE
Estimator
Cole began his construction career in 2010. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise have made him an integral part of the Top Tier team, where he serves as the Lead Estimator. Cole works directly with homeowners to understand their vision, then develops detailed scopes of work and comprehensive proposals tailored to each project.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and most importantly… His mules.
ALLEN
Carpenter
Allen’s career in construction began in 2008. Since then, he has worked on both residential and commercial projects. Allen is known for his meticulous attention to detail. He specializes in painting, staining, and detailed finish work, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Outside of work, Allen enjoys riding dirt bikes with his son, camping with his family, and anything that involves being on the lake.
OMAR
Carpenter
Omar has been in the construction industry since 2014. He specializes in restructuring and additions, ensuring every detail is perfected. Omar thrives on transforming spaces and exceeding homeowners’ expectations.
Outside of work, Omar is an avid hunter—ask him about his most recent elk! He also enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and kids.
